Venturing north will have you embarking on an adrenaline-fueled adventure at Silver Dollar City, where thrilling rides, live demonstrations, and artisan crafts await. Downtown Branson and Branson Landing are a 15-minute drive away, jam-packed with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires. If you’ve brought your golf clubs along, just wait until you see the variety of surrounding championship golf courses available beginning with Point Royale, right next door to the community. The home’s soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop a desirable open floorplan, maximizing opportunities for connection as you unwind between expeditions. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 15 steps required to the front door. • Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival. • Guests of this home will have access to the Fall Creek Clubhouse and pools. A pass for the community amenities will be provided in the unit, alongside the parking pass. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • The home is not pet friendly. • Washer and dryer in home. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. Less than 6 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.
