Whether you're visiting southern Utah for the first time or are a returning guest, you will find our 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome the perfect spot for your group, accommodating up to 6 people. Located close to downtown Kanab's shops & restaurants, within walking distance to multiple hiking trails, and within close proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon & the Grand Canyon, our space offers convenience and comfort. Unwind with a soak in the community hot tub, or a refreshing dip in the pool! Our townhome is fully stocked with bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) kitchen essentials and laundry products! Wild Rose Country offers 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in the third guest bedroom. There are night stands, luggage racks and large closets to store all your things. If you're working, schooling or entertaining, our ultra-fast fiber optic connected 1GB wifi will keep everyone connected without slowdowns or interruptions. We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. We are just 35 minutes to the east entrance of Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 90 minutes to the north along scenic highways and about the same distance to the south to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, our nation's no-kill largest animal sanctuary, Wild Rose Country is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures. There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as several other, uncovered spots directly in front of our unit. Note: If you GPS system does not take you to the correct address please search "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
