Next to the kitchen, a full-sized laundry room with direct access to the garage adds convenience to daily routines. The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with an ensuite bathroom that includes dual sinks, a sunken tub, a separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. Glass doors lead directly to a private patio, just right for a peaceful morning or evening outdoors. Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the home, offering ample closet space and access to a shared hallway bathroom. Turn right on Rome Drive. Then turn left onto Milan Court. The house is on the right side of the street, across from Palm Royale Drive. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
