The heart of the home is the fully equipped Kitchen, featuring everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy your culinary creations at the Dining table, perfect for family meals or game nights. The inviting Living Room offers a cozy space to unwind, complete with a TV and comfortable seating. The Master Bedroom boasts a luxurious King-sized bed, providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest. The 2nd Bedroom and 3rd Bedroom each offer Queen-sized beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests. Step outside to the Peaceful Backyard, where you'll find a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor cooking and gatherings. The property also includes amenities such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free parking, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. The garage will not be accessible during your stay. Cookeville Retreat is ideally situated for exploring the best of the city. You're just a short drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can discover a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. Important Information: Please be prepared to provide a government-issued photo ID and verify your contact information and a valid credit card for verification. A security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT. Sleeping Capacity: The standard capacity is 6 guests, with a maximum of 7. A $15 per night fee applies for the 7th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation; unlisted guests incur a $50 per person, per night fee. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and a 50% nightly rate fee. Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out fees apply based on the departure time, with a minimum fee of $100. Supplies: Basic starter essentials are provided. We strictly prohibit parties and smoking. A minimum $350 charge applies for either violation. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana) will incur a $350 fee.
