While it feels secluded and peaceful, you're just 3.5 miles from the energy of downtown Gatlinburg, with restaurants, bars, distilleries, and attractions ready to explore. Surrounded by wilderness, the area also offers access to scenic hiking and biking trails that connect you to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in under 10 minutes. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • Sleeps 4 guests maximum. • Parking available for 2 vehicles. • 4x4 drive recommended for mountain travel, especially during winter. • Fireplace is gas and seasonal (typically October–March). • Coffee makers include Keurig and drip—please bring your preferred coffee. • Hot tub is cleaned, drained, and refilled between each guest stay. On check-in day, it may take time to reach your preferred temperature. Adjust settings as needed. • Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry soap. • Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
