Welcome to Loggerhead Cay #251! This is a two bedroom, two bath, ground level residence located in the exclusive Loggerhead Cay community of Sanibel Island. Newly renovated as of 2023, this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Near to beaches, on/off causeway access, restaurants, and shopping- Guests will enjoy boundless opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime! Loggerhead Cay #251 is a two-bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped condominium located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to six people. The master bathroom offers a king size bed with en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa and 65 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs and an umbrella. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-four-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building two on the first floor. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit. Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size not members of a restricted breed or class (such as Rottweiler, Doberman, and German shepherd, among other breeds). If you are uncertain if your breed may be a restricted breed please contact us prior to making your reservation. There is a non-refundable $149 pet fee. Loggerhead Cay is located on the highly desirable East End of Sanibel Island, adjacent to beaches, shopping, and restaurants but most importantly providing guests with easy on/off access to the causeway via Lindgren Blvd., just a few hundred feet from the entrance to the Loggerhead Cay association. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to their stay, the content of this rental agreement will be sent upon confirming you booking in the form of an eSign request containing the rental agreement. E-Bikes are not allowed on property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
