Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 3 Smart TVs (Cable & streaming), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated community pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Pets Considered (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
