Rates are subject to change.** Please note this unit does not have Air Conditioning. Every evening was a lovely sunset from the lanai. Tidy grounds and easy parking. We enjoyed watching people swimming in the salt water pool.Everything you need within just a few minutes. Nice amenities with a cooler, umbrella and chairs to take with us to the beach. Unit was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ocean view was amazing and the sound of the ocean crashing at night was so relaxing. Nice balcony to sit on at night and relax. Mahalo, Knutson & Associates A nicely outfitted condo facing the ocean provided a cozy place to stay during our trip to Hawaii. Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets and the sound of waves crashing. This condo is well stocked with everything you need. The place is quite clean and comfortable. The pictures show carpet in bedroom bit has tile now which is much better. Gorgeous view. The rental had everything we needed, including toys for the toddler, beach towels and beach chairs The actual unit itself was very picturesque with a perfect ocean view and a view of the saltwater pool and the bay where the local kids surfed and boogie boarded.With that being said, even though we kept the counters clear of food, the ants were terrible and the stove top had basically two usable burners.However, the positives outweighed the negatives since were rented this unit for the view. Great location. Great view of the ocean.The only issue we had were the late night parties at the salt water pool next to the property. This was minor but bothersome. We would definitely return. thank you for the overall great review, we appreciate it!! So sorry about the salt water pool noise from next door! We enjoyed our stay here at Kona Isle.
