The house features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a warm and functional space. The layout maximizes natural light and provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. HOP Cancún is located inside the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, a secure and natural setting with access to lagoons, trails, green areas, a clubhouse, and sports courts. Though located in the fifth row, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay. The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies. Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car. Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
