Located in the sought-after Pacifico resort community in Playas del Coco, Pacifico L1308 is a rare find - a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo that combines comfort, style, and resort-level amenities. Set on the second floor overlooking the pool, this elegant retreat features warm tones, inviting decor, and access to all the luxuries that make Pacifico one of the most desirable places to stay in Guanacaste. Inside, the open-concept living area features a plush sofa bed, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day at the beach. The living room opens to a large, covered balcony with a four-seat dining table and tropical views - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, an island with four red barstools, and stainless steel appliances, making in-home dining and entertaining effortless. The bedroom is a highlight of the home, featuring a beautiful four-poster king bed, mirrored dresser, and eye-catching artwork that creates an inviting and restful atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower, elegant tilework, and a spacious vanity, offering a spa-like retreat after a day in the sun. Please note: Pacifico L1308 is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only - there are no elevators in this building. Guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly. As a guest at Pacifico L1308, you’ll have full access to the community’s top-notch amenities, including four sparkling swimming pools surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and tropical gardens, a poolside restaurant and bar, tennis and pickleball courts, a hot tub, and a children’s playground. The gated resort offers 24-hour security and beautifully maintained landscaping for peace of mind throughout your stay. You’ll also enjoy access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited toward food and drinks). The Beach Club features two infinity pools overlooking the Pacific, fine dining at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and a complimentary shuttle between the condo and Beach Club. This condo includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a designated parking space in front of the building. Maid service is available upon request, and small pets are welcome with prior approval and applicable fees. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave! You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
