Pacifico C306 is an inviting two-bedroom condo on the third floor of Pacifico, a luxurious condominium community with beach club access near Playas del Coco. This condo offers sweeping views of the ocean and the red-tiled roofs in the surrounding neighborhoods from its furnished balcony and is beautifully decorated with dark wood furniture and tropical-inspired floral artwork. This condo features a spacious open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and chair, a flat-screen TV, and a wooden coffee table with a matching entertainment center. The living room is situated next to a floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens to a covered balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining set and ceiling fan. The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar with three wooden barstools, and all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Between the kitchen and the living room sits a wooden dining table with four seats under an elegant chandelier. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and stunning ocean views. It also has direct access to a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a double-sink vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and offers access to a separate bathroom. As a guest at Pacifico C306, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and offers 24/7 security. You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes a private gym, two infinity pools, fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club. This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave!
