Sleeping arrangements - Primary suite (downstairs): 1 king bed with an attached full bathroom that opens onto the pool deck. - Upstairs Harry Potter room: 2 twin beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with the Avengers room. - Upstairs Avengers room: 2 twin beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with the Harry Potter room. - Upstairs King room: 1 king bed. - Queen A: 1 queen bed. - Queen B: 1 queen bed. Living areas Two comfortable family rooms each feature a flat‑screen TV and plush couches, giving everyone a place to relax, read, or plan the next adventure. The layout lets you spread out or gather together for movie nights on the couch. Kitchen & dining A large, full kitchen comes stocked with a wide range of amenities, from coffee makers to cookware, so you can whip up a big breakfast or a quick snack. Davenport’s lively boulevards, renowned nightlife, and diverse restaurants are all within a short drive, giving you the best of Orlando at your fingertips. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
