Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable; within 59 days or less, refunds will not apply. • Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: 50% of the total amount is required at booking, this amount is non-refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel. This change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. Note: US$150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. • This is a no-smoking property. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
