With thoughtful aesthetics and unbeatable proximity to Dollywood and the Parkway, you’ll also be close to multiple entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within a few minutes. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum • Parking for 2 vehicles maximum • Located on flat, paved roads for easy access year-round • 4x4 recommended only for mountain travel or snowy weather • Electric fireplace is seasonal (operates October–March, weather dependent) • Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker — bring your own coffee • Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent • Preferred method of contact is through the website messenger. Guests agree to use this method, even if messages are sent elsewhere • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
