This recently renovated studio offers a welcoming and functional environment, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of Porto. The main space comprises: a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing; a dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals; and a fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils and appliances. The complete bathroom ensures your comfort. For added convenience, the studio features air conditioning, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideally located on Rua Conde Vizela, in the heart of Porto, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, immersing you in the vibrant local atmosphere. The Aliados metro station, just 300 meters away, makes exploring the main attractions easy. Walk to the iconic Clérigos Tower (approximately 10 minutes) and the historic Lello Bookstore (about 12 minutes). The stunning Ribeira and the Dom Luís I Bridge are a short walk away (about 15-20 minutes), offering spectacular views. The Sé Cathedral and Avenida dos Aliados are also nearby, providing an authentic Porto experience. For your shopping needs, supermarkets and pharmacies are conveniently located in the vicinity. Enjoy the lively nightlife in the surrounding streets. For a more complete experience, consider taking the 500 bus near São Bento station for a scenic tour of Ribeira, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the checkout time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to carry out the inspection of the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
