THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. Use Google Maps with "723 E 22nd St, National City, CA 91950" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. • Security devices on site? One security camera outside the building only. Each security camera records the activities of the pathway to the house 24/7 to protect guests and hosts. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. Price may vary depending on the guest count in the listing description. • Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only with windows and doors closed.
