This spacious and luxurious 1-bedroom penthouse is perched atop a private freestanding property that also accommodates three separate rental units on the ground floor. While the property shares a common entrance, your unit is completely private—elevated above the other units and designed to offer peace, comfort, and stunning views.

About the Home

Step out onto your expansive private balcony and soak up breathtaking views of Table Mountain—perfect for morning coffee or sundowner drinks. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed, generously sized living space with a focus on comfort and style. Although you may occasionally see other guests around the property, all tenants are hosted by us and treated as valued guests. A professional housekeeper services the property regularly. Weekly cleaning is complimentary for medium- and long-term stays. If you’d like additional help—such as laundry—you’re welcome to make a private arrangement directly with the housekeeper (please compensate her accordingly). The unit operates on a prepaid electricity system. We provide a complimentary initial electricity allowance for all guests. To encourage responsible usage, additional electricity may need to be topped up at your own cost if the complimentary amount is exceeded. Please refer to our House Rules for full details. Please note that the property across the grass is part of your unit and we store the patio furniture there.

Guest Access

Guests enter the property through a shared entrance from the street, after which you’ll have exclusive access to the penthouse. Please note that the laundry facilities are shared with the other three units on the property, each of which accommodates two guests.

House Rules and Terms

Please read and comply with the following

1. Check-In Policy Self check-in is permitted, but in-person check-in is strongly advised due to the property’s layout.

Late check-in fees

After 17:00 – ZAR 250 After 22:00 – ZAR 450 2. Noise Policy No loud noise after 21:00. Absolute silence after 22:00. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking anywhere inside the apartment. Penalty for violation: up to ZAR 1 000, charged immediately. 4. Guest Registration All guests must register and submit a copy of their passports within 24 hours of booking confirmation. 5. Visitor Policy Maximum of 2 visitors at any time. Overnight stays are permitted only for registered guests. 6. Electricity Policy A complimentary electricity allowance is provided. Excessive usage will result in a request to top up at your own expense. Long-term stays (over 28 nights): R 1 000 allowance only; thereafter, you must recharge electricity yourself. 7. Load Shedding We cannot be held responsible for inconvenience due to City of Cape Town power outages. 8. Shared Facilities The main entrance and laundry facilities are communal and shared with three other two-guest units. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in fines, additional charges, or termination of your stay.
