Maybe you are an adventurer here to explore, or a business person in the City or perhaps it is simply an authentic local experience which you as a couple seek? No matter your purpose, all are welcome here! Safe | Silent | Sublime This space represents me - an adventurous filmmaker that loves the ocean, conservation, good friends, good coffee and good vibes. Beyond the view and decor, my home offers you the most convenient spot in Cape Town, comfort and quietness. Overlooking Table Mountain and located on the 18th floor, the home flows with a minimalist style - less stuff, less worries. It's easy to clean, allowing you time to relax without the clutter. Working: There is uncapped WIFI, a desk workspace and quietness, as it is on the 18th floor. Kitchen: Cook up a storm with everything you need for healthy meals, blend a smoothy or make a cup of coffee. I do not have an oven because I like to eat raw, fresh foods. There is, however, a microwave if you wish. Please feel free to help yourself to the breakfast goodies, teas, coffee & other basics. Bathroom: the shower is over a bath but please refrain from bathing as CT is in a very bad drought! Every drop counts so please please save water! There is shampoo, conditioner and bath wash available for you to use along with two towels. Cleaning equipment is provided too. Located above Gardens Shopping Centre, this apartment makes for convenient shopping. The Gardens neighbourhood has an amazing retro indie art movie house, tons of good coffee shops, and the infamous Company Gardens. It's a stone's throw from the CBD. The inner-city suburb of Gardens is always buzzing with activity, no matter the time of day. Its key attraction is undoubtedly Kloof Street, with a plethora of restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries, such as Salon 91. On Orange Street, you will find the Labia Theatre, the oldest repertory movie cinema in South Africa Cape Town is in a drought so please save water and keep to short showers. Please always leave the apartment as you found it. The wind can be an issue, so please lock all windows before going out. The pots and pans are all non-stick, so please do not stack them, so they'll last : ) The drying up rack is actually a towel, this helps save space! And lastly, save electricity to save the world. Important Information for Long Stays For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled every 7 nights (e.g., on Day 8, Day 15, etc.) to maintain hygiene and linen quality. This service includes fresh linen, light cleaning, and trash removal. Fee: R750 per clean (separate from the standard cleaning fee). The fee is payable in advance via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre (an official Airbnb process) and must be settled before check-in. Please note: Linen may only be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement. Please note that South Africa experiences scheduled power outages known as loadshedding. This is managed by Eskom to prevent strain on the national power grid. Loadshedding may affect electricity availability for a few hours at a time. To stay informed about loadshedding schedules in our area, we highly recommend downloading the EskomSePush app. This app provides real-time updates, schedules, and notifications so you can plan accordingly.
