About the Home

This home is a gorgeous and spacious loft apartment. The bedroom being upstairs. Fabulous double volume lounge area with gorgeous views of Table Mountain & Devils Peak. Relax and watch TV whilst snuggling under the blanket on the comfy sofa or curl up and enjoy one of the many books on offer. Great work from home desk area too. If you love a dip in the pool or to lie basking in the sun, the pool area offers you recliners and we supply the bathing towels. There is parking available so kindly ask us for details.

Good to know

Adding extra persons in an alteration after confirmed bookings will incurs an extra charge of R300/person/day to cover extra bedding, towels, supplies etc. this will be charged via the resolution centre. You can find your WiFi password on the Airbnb App, but feel free to ask us if you are having trouble. There is Netflix preloaded on the smart TV but you are welcome to login to your own account. Kindly adhere to the quiet times as listed. No parties allowed. We regret no pets allowed. Electricty will be charged as an extra for longer stays over 28days. Kindly clean all dishes before checking out. We do offer cleaning services during your stay at an extra charge. Please request fees or review in house manual and let us know 24 hours in advance should you require these. 🚧 Unit 32 is renovating their bathrooms and there will be construction work taking place until mid Dec 2024. Loud work should be completed by 15th Nov, but there will still be plumbers, electrical, painting and tiling going on until the builders holiday mid Dec🚧 If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Guest Access

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. We welcome you to this home and show you around. If you checking in later we will assist you with details in how to get access.

Welcome to this lovely home. Please respect the home as it is someone’s treasure. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING APARTMENT. PLEASE SMOKE ONLY OUTSIDE ENSURING CLOSED DOORS & WINDOWS.

YOU WILL BE FINED FOR SMOKING INSIDE.

1. Please make sure the front door and sliding doors are closed and locked when you leave. 2. Please make sure the, stove, heaters, hair dryers, lights and other appliances are switched off before you leave the apartment. (even if for only a short while) 3. Should you require additional towels, bedding or anything else not in the apartment please let us know in advance so we can assist you. 4. Should you require the servicing of the unit, additional charges apply. See our price list in the manual in the home. We will need 24/48 hours to arrange that. 5. If Cape Town is experiencing strong winds kindly make sure the doors are closed. 6. The garbage bins are at the basement of the building, parking garage Area. Kindly do throw your rubbish into the black bins provided. 7. Be considerate on noise levels especially after 11 pm. 8. Early check in before 3pm or late check out till 12pm can be arranged at an extra charge of R500 and are only permitted if possible. 9. No parties allowed. 10. We regret no pets allowed.
