We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Please note there is a 100 dollar fee per pet to cover the additional professional cleaning required. Is the backyard fully fenced? Yes, the backyard is fully fenced, providing a secure area for your dogs to stretch their legs while you enjoy the fire pit. What does "No Chore Checkout" mean? It means your vacation lasts until you walk out the door! We do not ask you to strip linens, wash towels, or handle the trash. Our professional team handles everything. Is there parking for more than one car? Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
