Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🔥 Fire Pit & Grill: We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience when using the fire pit and grill. If you plan on using the fire pit or grill, please refer to the posted instructions, local restrictions, and safety guidelines. You can find these in the house manual. After each use, please ensure that the grill is completely turned off and the flames have been completely extinguished in the fire pit. Colorado is prone to wildfires, and neighbors may call the fire department when the fire pit and/or grill are used when there are local restrictions. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home—loss of the security deposit will occur. 🏡 Additional Accommodation Option for Larger Groups: If you're traveling with a larger group and need additional space, there is a one-bedroom apartment available for rent on the lower level of the house. The apartment is a separate Airbnb unit that is locked off by a stairwell and bolted door for your privacy and safety. It has its own entrance at the driveway and features a bedroom with a pull-out sofa, making it comfortable for up to 4 guests. If you would like to connect the downstairs unit with the upstairs unit to accommodate up to 10 guests, simply send us a message before booking, and we will be happy to assist you. By booking both units, you'll have access to a total of 5 beds and 3 baths. Please note that the lower unit has its own dedicated parking spot and a private fenced-in yard with a grill for your enjoyment.
