It includes a full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary coffee pods, tea, creamer, snacks, and drinks. We've even included Tupperware for your leftovers and all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏠 The second unit of the duplex is downstairs and has its own separate entrance and private backyard. 📱 We have a whole team that helps us monitor messages just in case we are out of cell service hiking or enjoying the Colorado weather!
