Property Features Availability Very happy we chose this condo. It was very large but still cozy. The location is great, centrally located in Poipu, 5min walk to pool, 8min walk to beach down quiet pretty path. The lanai was nice. We didn’t mind the condo’s being next to the parking lot bc it made it feel rather private. Also, we easily came and went on trips in the car. That being said, the lanai off our bedroom was not used bc the view is directly the parking lot. Beds were comfortable, TV’s in both rooms. Nice bathrooms, kitchen etc. This house is located in a great family-oriented neighborhood with a beautiful beach. It’s the perfect place for any occasion. The location is ideal, and the house is beautiful. Highly recommended! I’d say the pictures of the lanais were misleading as the main lanai appeared to be in a lush garden area with some privacy but our place at 213 was adjacent to a parking lot and trail between properties with much foot traffic. Better clarity about pool access would be good for future renters. The pool pics from above showed various pools that would mislead guests to think more pools are available when they’re not. The parking pass should be paper-issued and not result in a fine for not returning to main office if we accidentally left it in rental car. 100 fine is a bit steep and unnecessarily high. We had a wonderful stay at this condo for over two weeks. The location is excellent—walking distance to both Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. We stayed with our three young kids, and the host went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend, and we hope to stay again in the future! Beautiful exotic place with everything and more that you may need. peaceful, clean and quiet. Close to beaches and activities Beautiful, clean home for our honeymoon! Amazing art collection including sculptures and local artists. Spa-like bathroom. Short and easy walk to Poipu and Hyatt beaches. Tons of kitchen equipment for meals at home. Beautiful landscaping. Highly recommend!
