Location is great. The casita setup is amazing. Great multi family rental! Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay! We look forward to staying here on our next visit:) This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable — an easy walk to poipu beach, which we took advantage of daily. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The space was spotless and comfortable, and the AC kept everything cool and pleasant. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials for cooking, which we really appreciated. Having beach chairs available made our beach days effortless. There were several great dining options nearby, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Everything about this stay was exceptional! Would definitely book again! Amazing location, walk to everything! Beautiful home, can’t wait to come back! Lovely property in walking distance to Poipu beach. Our favorite aspects of this property were the large wrap around lanai on the second floor with views of the ocean during the day and the stars at night, the large side yard where the kids had fun playing games, the very short walk to the beach, and the large, comfortable interior with A/C units in each room that work well. Keep in mind the upstairs and downstairs are separate units, which worked great for us since we traveled with a separate family so everyone had their own space and privacy. We also appreciated the beach supplies. The only downsides were the constant rooster crowing at all hours of the night (which I imagine is common in many places in Kauai and not specific to this property) This house was amazing, beautiful and spacious. The view was breathtaking and it had everything we needed for our family vacation. We woke up every morning, feeling happy and relaxed in this very upscale and safe neighborhood. The staff was very accommodating answering many of my questions. It was so easy to get to the beach and observe the sea turtles at shore at sunset every night. We will definitely return to this house in the near future. I stayed at Sunrise and Sunset Suites with 5 other family members. The layout was perfect for one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs and a brother and sister in the twin beds room. The kitchens had everything we needed when we decided to cook in. The views from the balcony were superior! A 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. I would stay here again and again! We loved our stay! We brought our children and even had our married daughter come with her husband and baby staying in the guest suite downstairs. It was so nice to walk back and forth from the beach, have an outside shower at the house to clean sand off before going inside.
