Managed by Heavenly Hosts - Sleeps 9 - Master bedroom has one king and one twin bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin (trundle), 3rd bedroom has one 1 full and 1 twin (trundle) - Master bathroom with a large walk in shower, 2nd full bathroom located in the hall with a walk in shower, Half bathroom located outside - Full kitchen with a Keurig and full size appliances + toaster and blender provided (*no dishwasher) - Living room has a large smart TV with Roku (no TV"s in the bedrooms) - Washer/Dryer provided (please bring your own laundry supplies) - Large backyard with outdoor furniture and outdoor sink - BBQ Grill available (BYO Charcoal) BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Bandera County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 9, 2025: Bandera County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding! The house is near Medina River, the neighborhood has a private access point. A key card will be provided inside the home, it's required in order to access the river. You are welcome to swim and fish in the Medina River. Quiet neighborhood - This property is suitable for children/infants, all ages. - This property is NOT pet-friendly. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
