Managed by Heavenly Hosts Game Room: - Pop-A-Shot basketball - Ping Pong Table *There is a small step inside home going to kitchen area. *The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion. * Hot tub is available year round! Permit#805600_1965 Quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from Main Street. - The Property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended. - This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with a 35 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. - Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted at the house. - The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion. *NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY* - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
