There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. In addition, the primary bedroom has a pull out twin sized armchair bed next to the king bed. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve. *Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July. While this work is outside of our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.* Guests must complete a rental agreement at reservation confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window.
