Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 5), Smart TVs (streaming & cable), WIFI available, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis & pickleball courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
