Situated on the west corner of the top (6th) floor, Emerald Key 603 features a spacious wrap-around balcony with beautiful Gulf and beach views. Inside, the condo showcases fresh coastal décor with vibrant accents, thoughtfully updated furnishings, and everything needed to feel right at home. The open living area includes a comfortable sofa, recliner, accent chairs, wall-mounted TV, and direct balcony access—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig, a traditional drip coffee maker, and a crockpot—ideal whether you plan to dine out or enjoy a home-cooked meal. The primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony access, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a captain’s bunk (twin over full). These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. A dedicated writing desk is included for guests who may need to work remotely.
