Minimum Rental Age: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old and must be present throughout the reservation. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties & Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, except assistance animals as required by applicable law and booking platform policies. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges. A $300 unauthorized pet violation fee may apply where permitted by the booking platform and applicable law. Excessive Cleaning & Damages: Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition. Cleaning beyond normal use, including excessive messes, stains, or other conditions requiring specialized attention, may result in additional charges based on actual costs incurred. Excessive cleaning is billed at $50 per hour where permitted. Guests may also be responsible for damaged or missing items and unauthorized late checkouts, subject to applicable policies. Security Deposits: For reservations where a security deposit is collected, deductions may be made for eligible damages, missing items, and excessive cleaning in accordance with the rental terms and booking platform policies.
