Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach! NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. *A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. Added parking is available off-site at the Bella Beach Properties office for $50/stay. Trailers are not allowed on the property.
