The unit features plush master quarters with a renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious living area that opens up to a large screened-in lanai, a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, peninsula and new stainless steel appliances, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or the wonder any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surroundings. Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
