This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. . This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence! Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window.
