One side of the driveway is designated for guests in the casita next door, which has its own entrance, gate to the property, and secluded yard. Aside from the driveway, there are no shared spaces. We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay! You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :). However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee. • We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee. • Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited • No firearms allowed on property • Do not move furniture • Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.) • Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit. Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
