True rest is a priority here, and no one in your group has to compromise. All four bedrooms are private retreats featuring king-sized beds, TVs, and luxury linens. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday. Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Guest count must match reservation; no unregistered guests. No pets ($500 fee). No smoking/vaping anywhere on property ($1,000 fee). 10:00 AM checkout ($250 late fee). No fires, candles, fireworks, open flames, or firearms. Do not move furniture or tamper with electronics. No parties, events, or retreats (City ordinance). Airbnb ID verification and valid phone required. Lost items shipped for $25. We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit. Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation.
