Enjoy a central location with easy access to the city’s attractions. This three-storey holiday home offers a practical and welcoming experience. On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting living and dining area, perfect for socialising, and a fully equipped kitchen for complete self-catering. The upper floors feature four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed, ideal for families or groups. The house has two full bathrooms, a guest toilet and balconies to enjoy the natural light. With air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, this house is the ideal place for memorable moments. The house is located on Rua das Oliveirinhas, in the heart of Bonfim, an authentic and up-and-coming neighbourhood in Porto. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential area, with the convenience of being close to the city centre. Just a short walk away, you’ll find traditional cafés, local restaurants and vibrant cultural venues. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing easy access to the whole city. São Bento station and Porto’s main attractions are also within easy reach, making this the perfect location from which to explore the city. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €270 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
