The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom offers a single bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The living room is a welcoming space with a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing. For entertainment, there is a TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher. Two full bathrooms complete the space. Discover the charm of our apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Porto’s Baixa, on Rua Dr. Alves da Veiga. Just steps away, immerse yourself in the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina, a hub of shopping and culture. You will find everything you need nearby, including supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and a wide range of shops. Enjoy the unique experience of Mercado do Bolhão, only 250 metres away. Explore the area’s rich gastronomic offerings and captivating atmosphere, all within easy walking distance. Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation. If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us. For monthly reservations, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation). If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
