The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ensuring accommodation for everyone. The bathroom is equipped with all essential amenities. Because Liiiving is easy. Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). In case you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of one of their employees to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
