Stay at our cozy 4th-floor room in the Grand Lodge, a short walk from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the room features a king bed in separate bedroom, and Queen murphy bed in living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. Built in 1999, the building has character and shows its age, but still offers many modern comforts. Listed with @BookTraverse The Grand Lodge Overview 3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests! We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away! License Number 304482 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100. -Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 4th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality).
