This resort fee is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences. >All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. >This unit has a maximum occupancy of 8, with additional fees applied after 6 guests. >Pets are NOT allowed. >Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited. >Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities. >A USD $500 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure >Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units >Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from the property.
