Second Space: Spanning the 2nd and 3rd floors, it includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette. Third Space: A private studio on the 1st floor with a kitchenette and bathroom. Bedrooms: Master Suite: King bed with a wraparound balcony and ocean views. 4 Queen bedrooms (one with direct beach access). 2 Twin beds on the 3rd floor. Queen futon in the living room. Amenities: Indoor Comfort: Fully stocked kitchens, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi included. Outdoor Fun: Gas grill, sunbathing chairs, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, corn hole, and giant connect four. Melbourne Beach is a laid-back, residential beach town where you can truly unwind. Turtle Season: From May through October, please be mindful of nesting sea turtles. Keep outdoor lights dim and avoid disturbing nests. Direct lighting or flashlights are not allowed during turtle season. No Pets: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we do not allow pets. Pack 'n Play Rental: Available for $50 during your stay and upon request only. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Preserve Location: We are in a nature preserve, so occasionally, you may encounter small insects. To help, place a bowl of water and Dawn dish soap inside and outside the door to catch them. Registered guests only. If there are unregistered guests that want to visit, there will be a day fee of $25/person/day. No events are allowed without prior arrangements.
