BlueView Paradise features three adjoining oceanfront units — South, Central, and North — which can be rented together to create one spacious beachfront home. When combined, the property offers generous sleeping arrangements, multiple kitchens and living areas, and direct access to a private stretch of beach, making it ideal for multi-family vacations, reunions, retreats, and groups of up to 25 guests. BlueView Paradise is located in Floridana Beach, one of the most peaceful and natural stretches of shoreline along Melbourne Beach. This residential coastal community is known for quiet beaches, uncrowded sand, and a relaxed, Old-Florida atmosphere that feels worlds away from busier tourist areas. Floridana Beach offers a true “live like a local” experience. You won’t find high-rise hotels or commercial activity here — instead, expect quiet morning walks, star-filled skies, and the soothing sound of waves at any hour of the day. The neighborhood features: A calm, safe, walkable beachfront community with friendly residents. Pristine, wide beaches ideal for swimming, sunbathing, shell collecting, fishing, and watching incredible sunrises. Excellent wildlife viewing, including sea turtles during nesting season, dolphins offshore, and native coastal birds. Convenient access to restaurants, cafés, and local markets, all within a short drive along A1A. Close proximity to parks and nature preserves, including the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, famous for sea turtle conservation. Although the area feels quiet and secluded, Floridana Beach is centrally located for exploring the Space Coast. Everything from surfing and paddleboarding to shopping, cruises, and rocket launches is just minutes away. Your reservation includes private access to the entire home, consisting of all three units — South, Central, and North. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all guests and neighbors, please review the following important policies: Guest Count & Visitors -The property allows a maximum of 25 people total, including day visitors. -Your reservation includes up to 16 registered overnight guests. -Any additional guests — day visitors or overnight — will be charged $50 per person and must be approved in advance. -Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Events & Gatherings -Small, pre-approved gatherings within the 25-person maximum may be permitted with prior written approval. -If you are planning an event with more than 25 people, please contact us with full details before confirming your booking. Approval is required. -Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited. -Any unapproved gathering, party, or event will result in a $2,000 fine, immediate removal from the property, and forfeiture of the reservation. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pet Policy -Up to 6 dogs are allowed when renting the full property. -The pet fee is $100 per dog, due before arrival. -All dogs must be registered in advance. -Unregistered dogs will incur a $250 fine per dog. Smoking Policy -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and around any exterior entrances or doorways. -Smoke odor inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Environmental & Coastal Guidelines -Keep all exterior doors closed to prevent salt-air damage. -Do not walk on the dunes; they are protected and essential for erosion control. -During sea turtle nesting season (March–October), minimize outdoor lighting, remove beach items before sunset, and fill all holes in the sand. Outdoor Spaces -Guests renting the entire home enjoy private use of: -Oceanfront deck -Backyard and private beach area -All seating areas, grills, and outdoor games -Sun loungers, picnic benches, Adirondack chairs, and beach equipment Maintenance & Cleanliness -Please leave the home in reasonable condition.
