This three-bedroom apartment in Bottle Creek sleeps six and offers 2,200 square feet of comfortable living space in the heart of North Caicos. Enjoy easy access to some of the Caribbean's best bonefishing, kayaking, and kiteboarding, with miles of quiet beaches waiting to be explored. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Three queen bedrooms give everyone their own space to recharge after long days on the water. Two full bathrooms and a half bath help make mornings easier, while plenty of closet space lets you unpack and settle in. Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and anchored by a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing with the group or enjoying movie nights on the flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances and a coffee maker for slow mornings, while the six-seat dining table is ideal for sharing meals together. Good to Know Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to mix work with play. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light, and free on-site parking is included. Your host will meet you in person at check-in to hand over the keys and share local tips. North Caicos is accessible by ferry from Providenciales. The ride takes approximately 25 minutes, with daily service typically running from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island.

Please keep this restriction in mind when making your reservation. Bottle Creek is slightly off the beaten path, near a peaceful national park. We recommend renting a car to explore the island. North Caicos is about 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There are no commercial flights to North Caicos airport, so after arriving on your international flight to Providenciales, be sure to book your ferry reservation accordingly. Check-In Experience: No self check-in. Your in-person meet-and-greet awaits! Please notify us of your arrival time 24 hours in advance, and we'll be ready to welcome you and handle your check-in. You will need to climb stairs to access the property. What to Expect: Water Supply: As with many Caribbean islands, water pressure may vary during peak usage times. We appreciate your understanding as the island manages sustainable water resources. Booking Requirements: Upon confirmation, you'll receive a simple rental agreement. For some booking platforms (not ABB) a temporary security deposit hold is required and released after departure when terms are met. The property is located in a tranquil area of Bottle Creek Lagoon and is an exceptional destination for several water sports, including bonefishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, and kiteboarding! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise. Please keep this restriction in mind when making your reservation. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Guests must inform us of their expected time of arrival and departure at least 24 hours prior.
