Welcome to Historic St. Augustine! Located in the Lakeview Condos, this charming second-floor condo offers the perfect "park and walk" experience in the Nation's Oldest City. Blending historic character with modern conveniences, the condo features beautiful original wood floors, a private balcony, and everything you need for a comfortable stay just a few blocks from downtown. During your stay, you'll enjoy: - A welcoming living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. - A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup and a coffee maker to start your morning. - A dedicated dining area. - A private shaded balcony with a table and two chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the city. - One available bedroom and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. Bedroom - 1 King bed - Complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and stool for those working remotely. - An in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Whether you're visiting for history, dining, or nearby beaches, this condo provides a comfortable and convenient place to call home during your stay.
Good to know
Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory. This unit is accessible only from the back door. Please do not use the front entrance of the building. Baby equipment is available for a fee. Guests must climb stairs. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid moving furniture.
