Spend the morning kayaking from your private dock, cool off in the pool overlooking the water, then head to Grace Bay's beaches, restaurants, and attractions—all less than 10 minutes away by car. Whether you're planning a family vacation, golf trip, or getaway with friends, the villa offers plenty of space to relax together. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind. Louvered mahogany doors bring in natural light and complement the villa's tropical waterfront setting. Outdoor Amenities The outdoor spaces are designed for making the most of the waterfront location. Swim in the private pool, stretch out on the sun loungers, or launch one of the three included kayaks directly from your private dock to explore the canal. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, enjoy meals together at the outdoor dining table for 10, and end the evening around the fire pit overlooking the water. The gated property also includes parking for up to four vehicles. The villa includes Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a washer and dryer, and a security system for added convenience. Hotel-quality housekeeping services and an on-site villa manager are available throughout your stay. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am - Guests must notify the team in advance and obtain approval for any planned decorations prior to their arrival. - The cost of electricity in the Turks and Caicos Islands has always been significantly higher than in many other destinations. Recent global increases in fuel prices have driven these costs to an unprecedented level. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the air conditioning (AC). If the AC is operating, please ensure that all doors and windows remain fully closed. - The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to USD 60.00 per day in electricity usage. On the final day of your stay, the electricity meter will be read, and any consumption exceeding this daily allowance will be charged to the card on file at a rate of USD 0.60 per kWh. For accuracy, a photo of the meter will be taken on the day of your arrival and again on your departure to confirm total usage Included: Property Manager, on-site personal concierge, and a mid-week clean for stays of 7 nights or more. Extra cost (advance notice may be required): Private chef, villa pre-stocking, airport transfer, activities and excursions. Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
