Make this two story townhouse your home base for park days, pool breaks, and easy evenings together. Designed for up to 9 guests, the home combines inviting gathering areas with a private screened pool, while 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms give everyone space to settle in and recharge. First Floor Living Room: Step inside to an open living area with a sofa and TV, creating a welcoming place to reconnect, watch a movie, or relax between outings. Kitchen and Dining: Continue into the full kitchen, where an American style island adds useful prep and gathering space. The dining area sits nearby, making it easy to share breakfast before the parks or settle in for dinner together. Pool and Patio: Step outside to the screened patio and enjoy a change of pace without leaving home. The private pool is ready for refreshing swims, while outdoor furniture provides a spot to sit back and enjoy some downtime. Bedroom 1: Settle into a king bed with a TV for winding down and a dedicated desk and chair that provide a convenient spot for remote work, emails, or planning the next day’s adventures. Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway near Bedroom 1, this shared full bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, with convenient access from the main living areas. Second Floor Stairs are required to reach the second floor, where you’ll find three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. Bedroom 2: Recharge in a king bed with a TV, plus a dedicated desk and chair for working or planning the day. This room has its own private ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with a shower, giving you a little more privacy during your stay. Bedroom 3: Step into a playful Toy Story themed room with two twin beds, giving each guest their own sleeping space. A TV adds entertainment for downtime between adventures. Bedroom 4: One full bed and one twin bed create a flexible sleeping arrangement for guests sharing the room, while a TV makes it easy to relax before bedtime. Bathroom 3: Located in the hallway near Bedrooms 3 and 4, this shared full bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, keeping it conveniently within reach of both rooms. Good to know

Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. - A BBQ grill (propane not included) is also available for an additional fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

House Rules and Terms

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies.
