About the Home

This spacious three-bedroom home in Bottle Creek sleeps up to six guests across two separate apartments — giving families and friend groups the rare combination of privacy and togetherness. You're less than five minutes from white-sand beaches and turquoise waters, with miles of coastline often entirely to yourselves. The strongest reason to book? North Caicos offers the beauty of Turks and Caicos without the crowds, and this home puts you right in the heart of it. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All three bedrooms come with queen beds and air conditioning for cool, restful sleep after long beach days. Each apartment has a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower — plenty of room to rinse off salt and sand. Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area Both apartments share the same open-plan layout: a comfortable seating area for lazy mornings or evening card games, a dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Cook breakfast before heading out to explore, or prep a fresh seafood dinner after a day on the water. Outdoor Amenities The property sits near Bottle Creek Lagoon in a quiet, natural setting. Fresh coconuts grow in the yard — the on-site property manager is happy to help crack them open for coconut water on warm afternoons. Good To Know Free parking on-site makes it easy to explore both North and Middle Caicos by rental car. Reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to check in remotely. A grocery store and gas station are just down the street. The property is accessible via a scenic 25-minute ferry from Providenciales — ferries run daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, so plan your arrival accordingly.

Good to know

Important: You cannot drive directly from the airport to the property — you must take a ferry. Bottle Creek is slightly off the beaten path, near a peaceful national park. We recommend renting a car to explore the island. North Caicos is about 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There are no commercial flights to North Caicos airport, so after arriving on your international flight to Providenciales, be sure to book your ferry reservation accordingly. Check-In Experience: In-person meet-and-greet awaits! Please notify us of your arrival time 24 hours in advance, and we'll be ready to welcome you and handle your check-in. What to Expect: Water Supply: As with many Caribbean islands, water pressure may vary during peak usage times. We appreciate your understanding as the island manages sustainable water resources. Booking Requirements: Upon confirmation, you'll receive a simple rental agreement. For some booking platforms (not ABB) a temporary security deposit hold is required and released after departure when terms are met. The property is located in a tranquil area of Bottle Creek Lagoon and is less than a 5-minute drive to groceries and the beach! The area is an exceptional destination for water sports, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, and kiteboarding! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise.

House Rules and Terms

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Pets are not allowed.
