Pool Lodge is located in Paradise Pointe, a gated mountain retreat at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. All 19 rentals share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun! Nestled inside the pool house, Pool Lodge offers a spacious, comfortable retreat with 1350 sq. feet of living space and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Accessing the lodge requires climbing several stairs, either from the outside or through the pool house, but the beautiful views and relaxing ambiance are well worth the climb. On the main level, you’ll find Bedroom 1, featuring a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom on the main level features a bunk bed with two twin beds. The kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, and one bathroom are also on this level. The upstairs loft hosts one queen bed and one bunkbed, both are twin beds, and another bathroom, making it a perfect retreat for a little extra privacy. Enjoy the view from the pool and bluff decks, providing scenic vistas and a peaceful setting for relaxation. Inside the Pool Lodge, you will also find an air hockey table, a stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for a cozy family getaway! The Pool Lodge is ideal for those who enjoy a spacious, well-equipped cabin with easy access to the pool and stunning outdoor views. We provide a starter kit that includes one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, three garbage bags per can, starter dish soap, and hand soap. Linens and towels are also supplied, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, but there is no dishwasher, so we suggest bringing paper products for easier cleanup. We do not provide oil, salt, pepper, food, drinks, or personal toiletries. Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located at Summit, just a quick 2-minute drive from Paradise. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use, with a second charger currently in progress. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we encourage and request all guests to review our house rules before completing their booking. These guidelines help maintain comfort, security, and create clear expectations for all involved. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring charcoal & a fire starter. We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval. Please note exterior cameras are monitoring the property, and indoor cameras at the pool. We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.
