Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom (Queen bed), and laundry room. Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp. Our house is at the end of a long private road with a circle at the end with ample parking. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Events Allowed without specific prior approval. - No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification.
