Nestled on a quiet cove on Lake Anna’s Private Side, Dockside Dreams offers a peaceful waterfront escape with warm water and minimal boat traffic. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
